What we collect
Foco+ doesn't collect identifiable personal data. There's no account signup, and we don't ask for your name, email, IP address, or location.
The only information we collect is anonymous, aggregated usage logs to identify crashes, provided by Apple itself through App Store Connect Analytics.
How we use this information
We use it exclusively to identify, diagnose, and fix technical issues in the app, and to understand general, anonymous metrics like download counts. No personal information is collected in this process.
Where your data lives
All the data you create in the app — tasks, ideas, reminders, events, and progress — is stored locally on your device using iOS's SwiftData. We never send this data to external servers.
Third-party services
We only use anonymous, aggregated crash reports and analytics provided by Apple itself (App Store Connect Analytics). We don't use advertising SDKs or third-party trackers. In-app purchases (Foco+ Pro) are processed entirely by Apple — we have no access to your payment data.
Ads
Foco+ doesn't show ads and doesn't share data with advertising networks.
Data retention
We don't store usage logs on our own servers — we don't have one. Aggregated crash reports are kept by Apple, per Apple's own policy.
Your rights
Since we don't collect identifiable personal data, there's no personal information of yours to access, correct, delete, or port. If this changes in the future, we'll update this policy and provide appropriate mechanisms to exercise those rights.
Minors
Foco+ doesn't collect data from any user, regardless of age. The app is suitable for all ages (rated 4+ on the App Store).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will always be updated when that happens.
