1. License to use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Foco+ on any Apple-branded device you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Usage Rules. The app is licensed, not sold, to you.
2. In-app purchases (Foco+ Pro)
Foco+ Pro is a one-time purchase (not a subscription) that unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through your App Store account; we have no access to your payment data. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where expressly permitted by law, and not to use Foco+ for any unlawful purpose.
4. Your data and content
The tasks, ideas, reminders, and events you create belong to you. They're stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect (practically nothing).
5. No warranty
Foco+ is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free or run uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use Foco+.
7. Product claims
We are solely responsible for Foco+ and its content. Any claim by you or a third party relating to the app — including product liability, compliance with legal or regulatory requirements, or consumer protection — should be directed to us, not to Apple.
8. Third-party intellectual property
We are responsible for the investigation, defense, and resolution of any third-party claim that Foco+ or your use of it infringes that party's intellectual property rights.
9. Legal compliance
By using Foco+, you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo, and that you are not on any list of prohibited or restricted parties.
10. Termination
You may stop using Foco+ at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may discontinue the app or specific features with reasonable notice.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will always be updated when that happens.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights under local law.
13. Third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that this agreement is between you and Foco+'s developer, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
